“I have a hand made area rug I purchased years ago in Turkey. Normally I drag it outside, hand clean it myself, then prop it up to dry in the sun. As I just went through a massive renovation it was very dusty and had some debris on it. I found Oriental Rugs on the internet, read their reviews and decided to give them a try. I’m very happy with the outcome. My rug looks new. I also had them Cut a custom mat to go under it as it’s an odd size. I will use them again instead of me doing the hard work, so worth it!”

“I wish all my interactions and customer experiences compared to this one. I had some antique Iraqi Kilims that I just loved. We adopted a new dog who also loved these kilims, but I didn’t realize for quite some time because the rugs were in a part of the house I don’t visit daily, and the cold winter masked a lot of the odor. When I discover how badly they were stained, I left them outside for over a year(!) because of the dyes and handwoven nature of the rugs, I truly thought they were garbage. Oriental Rug not only cleaned and deodorized them, it was below the budgeted cost and with minimal color loss or leakage, I was seriously blown away. Nicest folks.”
